This is my original civil complaint filed in San Diego Superior Court on July 22, 2025.In this document, I describe, under penalty of perjury, what I allege happened while I worked at the Rancho Bernardo Chevron / San Diego Car Care location, including:– Discovery of a microphone installed above the cashier area, with no notice to employees or customers.– Use of audio monitoring in a way that raised serious privacy concerns.– A pattern of write-ups, suspensions, and increasing pressure after I raised concerns.– My request for accommodation for work-related anxiety and my later termination.The complaint sets out the legal causes of action I am bringing (including invasion of privacy, retaliation, emotional distress, FEHA-related claims, and wrongful termination) and the basic timeline of events from my point of view.
